 | IRISH POKER OPEN 2011 PokerGalaxy are giving players a chance to take part in the Irish Poker Open 2011. Europe’s oldest poker tournament is taking place between the 22nd & 25th April 2011 in Dublin. Take part in one of the most anticipated tournaments in Europe which will be a held in the Burlington Hotel in Dublin and take home a piece of the estimated €2 Million prize pool. PokerGalaxy are offering the chance to win a €5,000 prize package to this event including €1,500 travel and accommodation money. €2 & €4 daily Satellites will be running over the next 10 weeks starting on the 24th January 2011. Winners of the daily satellites will win entry into the weekly €35 + €3 Final every Sunday (except the final week of each structure; where the weekly will be played on Saturday) to compete for a €350 seat in the monthly online finals on the 20th of February & 13th March 2011. Single table satellites direct to the Final are also available. Terms & Conditions – “Irish Open 2011” • The Promoter of this promotion is PokerGalaxy. • The tourney event that represents the prize is the televised Irish Open 2011 in the Burlington Hotel in Dublin, Ireland to take place between the 22nd & 25th April 2011. The prize includes entry to the €3,500 main event and €1,500 for travel and accommodation costs. • The accommodation and travel arrangements including flights , travel to venue and visas are the sole responsibility of the player, • The minimum age limit for the tournament is 18. • PokerGalaxy reserves the right to choose a replacement subject to their total discretion. • In the event of a service crash or a disruption, the promotion for that day will be rerun at the discretion of PokerGalaxy. PokerGalaxy will be the sole arbiter as to whether a promotion will be rerun. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues PokerGalaxy reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit. • PokerGalaxy accepts no responsibility whatsoever for system or connection problems that might affect any player during any of these promotions, such as a fold / timeout. • The promoter reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time. • PokerGalaxy reserves the right to amend the tournament rules at any time. • PokerGalaxy Tournament rules apply. • Places are not transferable, there is no cash alternative. • If the event is cancelled or if there is buy-in unavailability, cash equivalent will be awarded. • The Promoter shall not be liable for force majeure. • Any player who wins any of the promotions has the right not to participate and agrees to forfeit the prize. There is no cash alternative. In this instance, PokerGalaxy will usually pick the runner-up as the replacement, subject to their total discretion. • The winners will be required to wear PokerGalaxy branded clothing at the main event whenever they are playing, subject to event permissions. • By participating in the tournament and satellites you agree to reasonable publicity, including betting markets around the event and television media interviews and press releases. Event reports will also feature the name and alias of the winners. • Seats for the Irish Open 2011 are not transferable and there is no cash alternative. Should a player win two seats to the event then he or she will forfeit one of them. • Players can only win one satellite entry at a time to an Irish Open 2011 Online Final. • There is no cash alternative and seats are not transferable for the Irish Open Online Finals. • Players not entitled to play due to local regulations are excluded. | |
